Enbridge to get $1.3B in renewable energy asset sale to affiliate income fund
CALGARY – Oil and gas pipeline company Enbridge Inc. (TSX:ENB) is proposing to transfer three of its renewable energy assets to affiliate Enbridge Income Fund for $1.3 billion, money it says will be used to fuel future growth projects.
