Why Do Most Start-Up Affiliates Fail and Not Make Any Money?

The other day I was reading a article and it stated, about 90% of the start up internet marketers fail to make any money online. It made me think about it and I could relate to it and also believe it, as I was on the verge of hanging up the boots myself. I am listing the most common causes according to me, as to why most start up affiliates end up not making any money and rather lose money.
